The objective of Plusval Inmobiliaria's CRM is to provide real estate advisors with a robust, complete and modern platform that meets all their needs for managing their business with their clients, their finances in collections, commissions and closures, with their properties that they wish to sell or rent, as well as with their professional training in real estate. The platform is intended to be the central and vital tool for any advisor who wishes to manage their entire business, finances and career as a Plusval real estate advisor.
To achieve the proposed objectives, we initiated a process of in-depth research and analysis of the behavior of advisors, their needs and the functions they tend to use most. Then, we designed an information architecture that encompasses the entire scope of the project and based on this, we designed a tailor-made design system with all the components and functionalities necessary for the development of the project.
Then we carried out front-end and mobile development faithfully replicating all the interface design and user experience proposed in the prototypes, we used the most recent technologies and carried out tests on the most used browsers on the market.
The current version of the CRM combines a solid user experience with functionalities that facilitate the process of managing customers, their businesses, their revenues, their sales, each of their goals and training as advisors.
